Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.

Refunds

After verification, if the claim is approved, we will provide either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund (if replacement is not possible).

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

All food products, including Agra Petha, Dry Petha, and other sweets, are non-returnable once delivered due to food safety and hygiene reasons.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
